Assembly:
A gathering of the Imperial Citizenry.
Caste:
Each member of the Senate belongs to an order, ideal, or organization to which they serve the Empire's interests. The Castes are as follows:
Venerate Prescript
Description - They are the Aristocracy of the Empire. The Multi-verse was created to be ruled, blood is the substance of life, without life the Multi-verse has no reason to exist, and so blood is what should decide what the Multi-verse does. The Aristocracy is said to be the rulers before the Multi-verse first split.
Executrix Doctrine
Description - They are the Officials of the Empire. Laws of time and space are just that. Rules for how things need to be, kept and continued. Change is the whim of the universe, and only that whim has the power to change the given laws from under we all live. People do what they will but in the end they all answer to a higher power, the Emperor. Their belief is based on givens, facts, and laws.
Sanctus Phainein
Description - They are the Clergy of the Empire. Those who believe in the divinity of the Emperor. Essence is not only what binds the universe but what establishes what has and will be to come. The Essence tells all who listen. The Clergy believe they have the unique ability to interpret the will of the Multi-verse.
Metier [mey-tyey]
Description:- They are the Crafters of the Empire. Comprised of artisans of every focus. Crafters follow the premise that, in the beginning, the entire verse was built one stone at a time and can only get better thru improving of one's skill in construction. The powerful ruler is one who wields the tools to make a sword and not the sword itself.
Legio
Description - Those who enforce the will of the Empire. Laws, no matter who defines them, are what keep order.
Brigand
Description - Not everyone believes so strongly in anyone Caste. Some are seen as (potential) criminals of the Empire due to their practices of resource acquisition.
Citizens:
Official members of the Empire.
The level of involvement in the Empire is up to the individual Citizen.
They are the driving force of the Empire and fuel the “Will of the People” Gauntlet worn by the Emperor. Citizens originate from anywhere or when.
They can be of any race, species, or sentient entity.
Citizens are encouraged to create and use their imagination to their fullest.
They should also help promote, endorse, encourage creativity and the use of imagination in others.
A patriotic Citizen creates works in the theme of the Red Fork Empire and the other Citizens.
There is no rank between Citizens. The Only rank above a Citizen is the Emperor.
Citizens are the loyal favored beings of the Emperor who have had the magnificent pleasure of basking in the eternal radiance of the Emperor. For more information please read Gaining Citizenship in the Imperial Archives section.
Death :
Only the Emperor grants final death. Typically when a Citizen is killed by some action that Citizen is resurrected by the Emperor.
"For those with nothing, the Emperor gives purpose, while those who boast power will be humbled. Long live the Emperor." - Consul of the Placid Reign
The Dull:
It is the plague that destroys creative thinking. This parasite finds beings to take possession of their minds and removes their desire to create and the use of imagination. The goal of the Dull is to make all of existence prisoners to routine and devoid of emotion. They use trickery to halt the creative process to a dead stop any time or place it can. A favorite tool of the Dull is the much hated Drama. Drama will turn brother against brother to eliminate creative cohesiveness. Where there is procrastination, laziness, and unnecessary stress, you are likely to find the Dull. Those who deny or refuse to take part in the enjoyment of things that do not exist are infested with the Dull. The Dull hide in many places, some of these places could be considered practices of the Dull but are not. So be watchful but do not fall into a trap set by the Dull to fool you into doing their bidding.
The Emperor:
Does not remember before he was Emperor, to him he always has been. He conquers worlds throughout the multi-dimensions enforcing imagination and creative thinking upon the Dull. He fights a war against the oppression of the unreal. The lord Emperor will die countless times but always will return. He travels through time and dimensions in the multi-verse. He is there to just observe, and wait. He protects his timelines from deviating the path of his choosing. He looses track of where or when he is, can suffer from delusions or flashes back and forward, based off of catching up with traveling. He is aware of the different parallels of himself. At one point they were once part of a whole but now are split. Some wish to kill all versions of himself. He is only one entity that as the result of certain occurrences have changed his personality through his immortal timeline. The Lord Emperor despises pirates, vampires, doesn’t trust fairy folk, but will allow certain members of those races citizenship for the glory of the Empire.
The "Red Fork" is said to be the first spark that split the Universe into its alternate time-lines with a brilliant flash. Each time the multi-verse splits the total number of time-lines double into clusters and the empire that rules them grows. While the Emperor does oversee all of these multi-verse clusters as a whole, each cluster's supervision is dictated by a Senate comprised of Caste members.
Reich:
(Universe, Dimension, Timeline) – Every citizen comes from a dimension within the Empire. Dimensions are mix of time periods with parallel time-lines. Dimensions can be viewed as simply locations within the Empire. Citizens can travel freely between their Reich and the Assembly.
Thrall:
A Citizen resurrected by the Emperor becomes a Thrall. Thralls are assigned or rewarded to anyone the Emperor desires, and cannot be transferred or sold without the Emperor's direct permission.
The Veiled:
New beings to the Empire who have no identity in the reality of things that do not exist.
Will of the People:
The Gauntlet is the manifestation of the will belonging to the Imperial Citizenry. Rumored by few is that the gauntlet substance came from the Red Fork Event. It was forged in the heart of suns and cooled with the tears of long forgotten gods. It has its own sentience, at least that is what the Emperor believes. As the Emperor phases through dimensions so does the gauntlet. Although the Gauntlet has been known to travel through the multi-verse without him. It goes to those it senses to exorcise the ailment from their mortal shells. When they wield the gauntlet they are overcome with its Omni-potent power.
It has shaped its design depending on which Emperor wields it at the time. On the Emperor the gauntlet attaches itself to him constantly scratched by it’s clockwork gears. How the Emperor became the chief bearer of the gauntlet is not yet discovered. Some say it was his own creation, others say that it was implanted onto him by his creator. It has been known to emit a beam of energy when the Emperor is in grave situations. Variation may occur dependant on which Emperor is conversed with.
