The Cardinal of Aetheric Energies is not so much the existence of any particular person, but the result of the fusion of the underlying forces of Electro-magnetism to a single mortal being. The mortal shell may at any time perish, though the Force will soon find another, suitable host, and fuse to it, thereby ensuring continuity and stability.

The Force underlying the Cardinal is to be found in nearly all dimensions though more strongly in some, and only weakly in others. The mortal shell is frequently brought from one universe to another, to accomplish those goals deemed necessary for the continued expansion and development of the Red Fork Empire.

The current host, formerly Lord Tenshin Xo aka Odin Entant, was a tinkerer of some repute but of little direction and ambition. During a severe electrical event suffered in his Laboratory, he received several new ideas for apparatus never before seen in his world. As the source came to reside in him more fully, his ideas expanded and he came to know the Red Fork Empire through the proselytizing of the Minister of Infernal Affairs. Though his journey is just begun the Cardinal has come to appreciate the Red Fork Empire as an avenue to display his new-found wealth of creative output.

Current projects include an Arcing Top Hat, and a means by which to carry a high voltage static generator without needing access to the wired power grid. The first shall emit sparks between two electrodes for dramatic effect and limited defensive ability should nefarious folk lay hands upon the Cardinal's hat. The second shall be able to be used with various apparatus to theatrical effect including, but not limited to; Illuminating bulbs my merely holding them, creation of plasma within small containers, delivering mild electrical shock with laying of hands, creating small lightning bolts from wires and frayed metal devices with little to no apparent source, other than a small satchel or back mounted carrying case.
