The Mad Hatter’s Topsy Turvy Topper sits atop his head at all times. It does not move for being bolted to his brain. Its primary purpose is to contain the entirety of time and space that is compressed within his mad head. It can be used to convert the Mad Hatter’s insanity into furious energy, as well as turn the untempered fury contained therein loose by opening the release valve on the front of the hat. In addition, the Topsy Turvy Topper does have several other functions. It can release a scalding jet of steam from its chimney, emit an ear-splitting siren, a swirling disorienting flash, discharge a powerful electrical current, play a beautiful rendition of Korsakov’s Flight of the Bumblebee, and makes a cracking good cup of tea. |
