This torture device was initially created in the Infernal Regions of the Empire,
to be used as a form of humiliation. The mask will cause no physical harm to the
wearer unless they attempt to remove it. The mask blinds it's intended victim and
contains an inner device which prevents the wearer from screaming. Victims are
typically tied or chained to a post and tortured by unseen demons surrounding them,
causing a greater level of fear than damage. The mask is locked into place on the head
of the victim for a time determined by the Emperor himself.
