I never give out my full name and birthday, for in certain lands if you give an enemy your real full name and birthday they can find a way to own all the paths of your past and future. Aliases: M734240, and Sierra, the common alias I use when infiltrating new AlterWorlds, commonly associated with my darker personality where my powers seated. Identity: I usually prefer to keep my identity low key, and am not generally known around various circles, mostly to keep the doctors and Watchers of my home World off my trail and their chemicals out of my brain. I am, however, endeavoring to break free of the stigma associated with the possession of the AlterView and am a leading voice against the medication and repression of those that possess the AlterView. Occupation: A Keeper and Creator, one who uses the AlterView to enter the real or imagined worlds and universes I find in books, television, and the other physical Universes connected with my home World; As a creator, I create AlterWorlds for other beings who enter my psyche and give them flesh on paper, video, pictures, or plays. Citizenship: I don’t have official citizenship in the AlterWorlds based on birth, but have earned citizenship in several well-known AlterUniverses such as Middle Earth, Neon Genesis Evengelion, Star Trek, Star Wars, Final Fantasy, Cowboy Bebop, the Worlds of Poe, the Dark Jewels Universe. Legal Status: I harbor fugitives and other beings unable to escape the Watchers and doctors of my birth World, but have managed to keep myself on the right side of the law in my birth World on paper. In many AlterWorlds I have played the part of the revolutionary, the evil mastermind, and even on occasion a martyr for the repressed faction. Place of Birth: You know the one World you come across that no one ever returns from? Home Sweet Home. Known Relatives: the Sister of My Soul, Nicole, another powerful user of AlterView, the Father of My Cortex, Phillip, a less-powerful user of AlterView and coincidentally the Complement of Nicole and vice versa. One Blood Brother, Charles, without AlterView, my Blood Mother, Anne, and my Blood Father, David, a powerful user of AlterView but his ability has waned in his advanced age of 120 years. Martial Status: I am single, but have many Red Threads of Fate linking me to various beings in multiple worlds. The thickest thread belongs to a fellow AlterView named Ivar, whose gift manifests in sound and musical expression. Base of Operations: My secret mobile den, filled with media and the requisite couches, mirrors, candles, occult items, stones, electronics, and pen and paper needed for me to tap into my AlterView and go where the Stream takes me. Known Allies: All of my known allies lie outside the Empire as of now- my most notable and trustworthy allies are the Sister of My Soul Nicole, the Wandering Jewel Setter Alison I meet and travel with on occasion, Janelle the Head of the new Medical Team stationed on Atlantis in the StarGate cluster, Lady Jou of the NeoChinese nobility in the Lotus Quadrant, the two Master Divas Emma and Michelle in Cocco Occo, Andrea the Head of the Cluster Shot Dojo of Spaerta IV, The Father of My Cortex, Phillip, my Blood Father David and of course Ivan. There are also the multiple others with the AlterView who have escaped the Watchers and doctors of my home world, and other characters and beings I meet in my travels. Group Affiliation: I belong to the Cave of Despair, an alter-group that I rule as Goddess Major Enemies: My main enemies are the doctors and Watchers of my home World; doctors are those that medicate those with the AlterView and the Watchers who are indebted to the governing body of my home World and paid or brainwashed into guarding the borders between the AlterWorlds to maintain the purity and unity of my home World against potential threats. They also hunt other active AlterViewers who traverse the realms and capture them, to take them to the doctors. My main Arch-Rival is Kara Erique VonLutzow, once a trusted member of the Cave and a Sister of My Soul, but she was proven false and fell prey to the allure of using her ability against the AlterView. Her code name as a Watcher is “the Parrot.” Education: Basic training in the AlterView from my Blood Father on a sporadic basis, after I came home half dead from my first attempt to jump to an AlterWorld. Distinguishing Features: Pale, porcelain skin; the mark of one who has travelled the Dark Worlds. One large, old jagged scar from right breast to left hip bone, now a pale silver color from my first encounter with a Watcher. Powers: Use of AlterView, all three principles: Manipulation, Creation, and Entrance. My strongest principle of the three presented is Creation, which allows me to create pure new worlds for fugitives and others who enter my psyche. Entrance is the most basic principle, and most can only enter AlterWorlds. Manipulation is tricky, and a very subtle art that puts great emphasis on adaptation where Creation is based on bold, inventive ideas, where the more you believe and immerse yourself in your creation the stronger and more stable the world created. Source of Powers: The AlterView is a mental state that originates in basic imagination where the process of synthesizing information and possible scenarios is sped up, until one literally comprehends all angles of a given work or argument simultaneously. This reaction creates a surplus of psychic energy that resonates with whatever media is being analyzed, creating a portal through which one who possess the AlterView can travel through to whatever AlterWorld said media represents. Once in an AlterWorld, if a being has enough of a scope of the World they can use the same psychic process to alter aspects of the World. Creation involves the same core concept, only instead of drawing on physical, present data the mind must supply the data without prompts and comprehend all that supports and fuels a World, then believe strongly enough in the new World that others can travel there. Thus, the brain of one who uses the AlterView must be extremely flexible and have a natural tendency towards creative impulses and biological processes. Basic activation requires no more than a medium of some kind- music, book, photo, painting, television program, from which the mind can glean hard data. Then, the being using the AlterView must ask a trigger question, usually a question whose answer requires synthesizing information of the media, which will engage the neurons and start the AlterView process. A deeper use of the AlterView involves an emotional trigger, in my case a shift in personality to a darker, more shrewd and cunning persona. It is possible to enter the AlterView from my normal persona, but any deep and lasting work is best done after entering the dark persona. The AlterView ability is usually inherited, but can also randomly manifest. Strength and talent depend on raw ability and instruction, if available. ** Greatest Weakness: If one dreams too long and too deeply in the AlterView, especially a Creator-type, they can be lost to the World they make their base home in and become catatonic. No matter what drugs are given, only a specially trained fellow AlterView can lead the lost one back to the base reality and reunite mind with body. This doesn’t generally present a problem in manipulators and basic enter-exits, since the body and mind are never detached for long periods of time in those disciplines; both these disciplines work outwards, while creation looks inwards. Abilities: Create and traverse the AlterWorlds and dimensions, any abilities present in a given AlterWorld that coincide with a natural proclivity, in my case the arts and occult; ie, Alchemic powers, Germanic gem magic, philosophy, summonings, curses, brews. Weapons: My mind, a cross bow Paraphernalia: A text written about my home World, so that I may return to my base reality at a moment’s notice, the amethyst ring my father gave me as a token of my mastery of Germanic gem magic, the standard watch of the AlterView: Tells “home” time, celestial movements, eastern and western zodiac, moon phases, witching hours and elemental currents, a cross bow, and finally a kettle with a filter and my best leaf tea.
Fighting Style: depends on what world I’m in. I utilize what I have, and that tends to be my wits and subversion tactics.
